Faith and transition…by Mágica Mistura

The Earth cries for peace. In times when our own humanity is called into question, our faith and empathy are being tested to the utmost. Let us therefore think about what we can do that is useful, beautiful, true and valuable to help with this transition. Starting with ourselves, and expanding. Training our thoughts, words and actions so that we are points of light. The Universe will reverberate in the fair measure of our effort and good will.

Decide…by Mágica Mistura

One of the most precious gifts of the human experience on Earth is being able to choose what to do with opportunities. With each new choice, we take possession of infinite possibilities and developments… the power existing in a seemingly banal and everyday small decision is extremely beautiful and revolutionary.

In the Forest…by Mágica Mistura

In the forest is where everything happens

The rain falls…

the water evaporates

the armadillo makes a hole

The snake coils

the cups meet

In a sensual interweaving

The greens merge

Giving rise to a thousand tones

As at the beginning of the ages

At the bottom of the woods

The raccoon hides

the frog croaks

The spider makes the web

For the unwary to grasp

there in the forest

Where does the waterfall run…

Mother Iara sings verses

To the Moon, the Sun, the Earth

Curupira protects the forest

The animals, the plants, the water

Deep in the forest

Pure and beautiful nature

untouched, survive

I hope we stop staining

The living room of the monkey, the jaguar

From the anteater, from the agouti

From the jararaca, from the otter…

So that you don’t complain later

When Mother Earth grieved

Come collect us the bill…
